Items must be unworn, with tags and, in original packaging.

Submit a return request through this link using your postal code and PostNL barcode. Advance requests are required for all returns.

Exchanges

1. Return: Use the return link to return the item(s) you wish to exchange.
2. Place a New Order: Place a new order for the desired item. Shipping costs apply for exchanges.

Size or Style Exchanges

Size or style exchanges are not available for outlet items.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company.

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for any defects, damages, or incorrect items.
