Size and Fit
Do they run more oversized or true to size?
The STYGR bomber jacket is designed to fit true to size. However, due to the extra-long and wide sleeves that create a balloon-sleeve effect, they might give off a slightly oversized appearance. The fit largely depends on your personal preference. You can explore this further through the "Find My Size" link located on the product page.
How do I know my size?
Click on "Find my Size" at each product page (underneath product description) to receive a pop-up where you can fill in your height, weight, age and preferred fit. The answer will likely be the right size for you. If it turns out too small or big, you can exchange it for another size and we will cover the shipping costs.
Where can I place a discount code?
Open your shopping cart and click on the checkout button. You will get the option to enter a discount code. On phone it's on the top of the page, and on desktop on the top right corner of the page.
Did my order come through okay?
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided. It's possible that the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel items from the collection within 24 hours of placing the order. For more information, please contact us.
How do I return an Item?
To start a return, please visit https://stygr.myparcel.me. Choose the order you want to return. If you ordered more than one item, pick the ones you want to return. Give a reason and comment for the return. Then, click "Request return". You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, but if you want to exchange for a different style or size, we'll handle that cost. After we get the product back, you'll get your refund in 7 working days.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that items purchased from the outlet/sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders from €100.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to Belgium and Germany. However, please note that additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
Why is there such a big discount on the outlet items?
These items are part of our previous collections or have slight imperfections that don't align with our quality standards. It could be a misaligned label, a loose button, or a minor asymmetry in sleeves or pockets that don't compromise the overall style but missed our usual high standards.
Can I return products from the outlet?
Items purchased from the STYGR Outlet, whether out-of-season or with minor imperfections, are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and images before making a purchase.
What kind of imperfections do the items have?
The imperfections vary from a slightly misaligned label to a minor asymmetry in sleeves, pockets or wrists. The imperfections are purely cosmetic and won't affect the durability or overall aesthetic appeal of the garment. Our Outlet items are brand new and fully functional; they simply didn't meet our strict quality checks for full-price retail.
Do the out-of-season products have imperfections?
No, the out-of-season products typically do not have imperfections. They are previous collection items that are simply from a past season and are offered at a discounted rate in the STYGR Outlet.
Do you also do collaborations?
Yes! Please submit your proposal through our Collabs Page. We will reach out if any partnership opportunities arise.

How do I wash my clothes?
It depends on the garment how it should be best cleaned. You will find a care label within each jacket.
